Untitled Abstract Collage by Carlos Merida (Guatemala, 1891 - 1985). A beautiful composition combining collage of cut color paper, crayons and graphite pencil executed on paper. Signed dedication, gift from the artist to photographer Florence Arquin. Executed circa 1950. Origin: acquired at Sotheby's New York, Latin American Art Auction, lot 130, 2-3 May, 1990.
